    If you use a Firefox based browser but you haven't updated it in a while, you should do that at your earliest convenience.

    Thanks Iowatech. It appears that I got the warning, and updated to 40.0.3 the same day 27 August 2015.

    You can observe your current version here: Options > Advanced > Update tab > Show Update History.

    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Another option for stability is to use the ESR version, which gives you all of the security fixes but holds off on some of the newer features, which seem to cause issues from time to time.
