We're about 3 months into it. At least from the service tech point of view it seems to do what it's supposed to. We've only had one extended service outage, later explained as a "software upgrade". The techs at our end do not have much in the way of rights. We're frequently calling dispatch to have our dispatcher fix something we fat-fingered in the field. The one negative that I can put my finger on is the systems inability to allow ordering a part that is new to the system. If you're the first to need a particular part, it's got to be created in the system by parts before you can request it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The new part thing is an E auto issue not a remote tech issue, causes a bad sync error for that call.....................

we have been using it and I like it. not to many may times where it is down. its easy to use and has several different things I like. you can look at your teams calls look up parts and prices. only bad thing is you order a part and theres nothing to tell you when your part is coming in.
