Using eAutomate for Tech Incentives

We are using eAutomate and I would like to discuss ways to use the "Service Activity by Technician" report to provide incentives to our copier service techs.

** Yes, I am aware that BEI does this ** but I do not want to use BEI.

We went Live Sept 1st & are still learning it. I wish I was a little more comfortable with it to give you input. We did the week long class in Atlanta in July.
