    Opinions on Fufilm Apeos lineup

I've just seen that Fujifilm is coming to France, first with the Apeos range.
I have no knowledge of this brand and no feedback.
If I've understood correctly, Fujifilm used to supply A3 machines for Xerox, isn't that right ?
Would it be a good option to become a reseller of these machines without the Xerox ball and chain ?
We currently sell mostly Sharp (I'm pushing the sales team to prioritize Epson, but ...), would it make sense to gradually replace them with Fujifilm (if conditions in France are commercially attractive) ?

    Bump
A customer heard about Fujifilm coming to France and is asking us how it rank against others brands.
We're still debating adding another brand to our portfolio, a """premium""" brand, and we really want to avoid Canon if possible.
Still looking for opinion on this.

        Small bump.
If anyone has any information about this range. We are in contact with Katun, which offers Fuji machines under the Arivia range.

Found out that the Katun units are refurbished machines. Also that they have problems with the fusers giving out about 40K pages. No so Interested to even go there. Katun may be all talk for the sale/ Careful now.

I was introduced to the French Fujifilm dealer ... They don't seem motivated to sell, the prices aren't great, the service is minimal, no dropship planned (2025 guys, wake the fuck up) but they pride themselves on being perfectly adapted to small and medium-sized businesses.

I look forward to hearing from you, as Katun is blowing Fuji out of the water in terms of price and ESPECIALLY service.

I was again talking to my associate and he stated he has a dozen units in the field. All gave him issues, Yes he said the support was good but the hassel was not worth it. I wonder why the units are such a good price??? He did not want to go further with this conversation so I dropped it.

Katun machines are a little less expensive (finishers are the same, if not a little more expensive).
On the other hand, the warranty (insurance, as they call it) is much better than that offered by Fuji.
Fuji offers a 1-year warranty, extendable to 3 years if 2 sets of toners are purchased at the same time, which covers defects only.
Katun offers a 3-year warranty, extendable to 4 or 5 years for very little, which covers defects as well as maintenance kits (as does Epson).
So the fucking fusers are taken care of by Katun.

Nope but now I have the prices so I need to add them to my sheet for comparison (but 130 pages to check ...).

In the meantime I was able to see the Apeos, every part seems "logical", fuser is simple and use induction instead of a lamp.
