    Re: Hiring

I don't have a lot of experience with such sites or platforms, but I know that Indeed.com is good. I have had a positive experience with it, and some people I have used it are satisfied, too. And now, with the new technologies and AI, the hiring process is revolutionizing too. There are a few articles I found online dedicated to it, and here is one which I liked the most, and which provided me with a lot of interesting information about it. Hiring is not my main sphere, but I have some experience in it, and it was so interesting to read about the influence of AI on the process. I think that maybe that information will be beneficial for you too.

Some of the larger job posting sites can be very expensive for a small to mid sized company. Good Luck on your search.
Then let them purchase advertising space.

If you are looking to hire someone in this industry, try the Employment forum on this website. It is free and you just might land a highly qualified tech that is looking to relocate to your part of the world.

I ran a listing online locally for 3 month and got zero inquiries. I was ready to list on a paid job site but someone walked in off the street. He is on his second month here.

I had two techs retire in the last two years and one more just hit retirement age. I've been fortunate to hold on to techs for decades.
