This is really a two part question, first off we are currently using two systems for invoicing and credit card transactions and it is causing our office workers double work having to enter everything twice because the systems are not compatible with each other. We are currently using Trackit and Thryv and our office workers have to enter the information first in Trackit and then again in Thryv and they have to make an invoice in each, Trackit can only store our service information and invoices and Thryv is what we use for everyone to pay with. What we would like is one program that can do what both of these programs are doing so we can do less work.
What program do you guys use for invoicing and credit card transactions etc......

It would help if you had a comprehensive solution that combines both invoicing and credit card transaction functionalities into a single platform to streamline your office workflow. I know that many people use QuickBooks, but lately, I have heard more and more negative reviews of it. There are also FreshBooks and Wave, and I think more, but I've never tried them yet.
I use Trackit, too, and it works fine for now. I have an idea of creating something like this, like a startup, but for now, it's just an idea because I don't know whether it's worth doing. Now I looked for info, did some research, and came across one blog which provided me info about Plaid and its role in the fintech industry. It was the first time, I think, I had ever heard about something like this, and it proves one more time that I need to know more before starting to do something. There is a lot of existing software, so I want to explore it, learn some info, and then we will see.Comment
