    Samsung MFP's

Has anyone worked on these at all?
If so let me know what you think about them and how they compare the HP and Lexmark units.

The buisness class machines are well built, and reliable. I've worked on the SCX-6345N, SCX-5530, SCX-6322DN. Better than HP & Lexmark.

The consumer line is kinda cheesy. Plastic frames, plastic fusers, plastic plastic... it's all plastic.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I've done a bit of work on the CLX-8380 and the SCX-4828 and both have been nice and easy, a lot better than the Canon's of the same size.

As a second line product they have worked really well for us in terms of sales and service. Sales find them easy to sell and we hardly hear from them afterwards apart from toner and consumable calls, when we do work on them it's unit out new in.

To coin a phrase in the UK - simples
