    Toshiba Warranty

    How retarded is the Toshiba parts warranty program. We ordered a new machine and it show up dead right out of the box. We replace a board that probably cost us $1000.00 and we cant return the old board for a credit. The have some bullshit program that gives us a rebate up front when we purchase the machine. I guess that would be OK for stuff that breaks in the field but this thing never worked to start with.

      that sucks, Kyocera covers everything that fails and the rarely deny any of our claims.

          Toshiba does cover repair or replacement(advance exchange) of boards under their warranty program. If the board is over 100.00 new it is covered under a 3 year warranty. Hytec handles the repair or advance exchange of the warranty boards.
