What do you say when " oh we have our copier already on contract "

When we compete you win........is a good reply. Anyone else find a better responce to " we are under contract and so we will not listen to someone who could save us thousands "

I work in an area where we are the only copier techs for hundreds of kms so I rarely come across this, but I do deal quite a bit with third parties, well we used to.
A third party I used to contract for sent me an entire ADF to fit before anyone had even diagnosed the fault. I went to the site with the part and found the cover open sensor stuck down by the packing tape, from the factory.
Stupid thing was they made me fit the ADF anyway and send the original one back.
