The OMD to consolidate and LMS New Vision into ECIE-automation industry leader, is a feature-rich package. Service reports, contracts, P & L, easy-to-read and intuitive. In addition, the PDAtechnology is a good complement.

well we use a program from a local distributor, but we urgently need to update it. though none else here knows how to read/write english, so we will have to find one with Greek support.

e-automate with the Remote Tech plugin, call history and parts inventory on your smart phone! Does it get any better than that?

The remote tech is what I use everyday. I normally use my phone to access it. There has been a time or two when the server messed up and we had to paper and pencil it for a few hours and it makes you wonder how techs in the old days managed to get by.

We managed OK, and some of us are still here.

ditto. Went from faxing in clearing sheets to remote tech this last year. Vastly better, although navigating in RemoteTech on the little iphone screen is a drag (screen is too small). Minor beefs with Remote Tech include b/w and color meter format is exactly opposite of Savin counter screen/sheet format. Have run into a few circumstances where the tech wasn't paying attention to the format...... Apparently, the Remote Tech format is cast in cement, not much in the way of tweaking things like that......

We went from Trackit to Eautomate couple years ago. Now we are getting remote tech. We have Galaxy Note 2s.

e-automate with Remote Tech. It's certainly better than my experiences with OMD. Still there have been times when big blocks of time have been lost, and we had to re-enter several days worth of calls. And there is some sort of disconnect between my smartphone and Remote Tech. Some of the buttons don't work or produce an undesirable effect: browser lockup. Then I have to start over. =^..^=

Do you run RemoteTech Live or RemoteTech Sync?

Recently changed from Remote Tech Sync which was fairly predictable, to the less predictable Remote Tech Live. =^..^=
