You might want to be a little more specific with your question. That being said, they run great, easy to work on, good connectivity options, and support. The color lineup is OK. I don't think the color is as good as some of the Konica Minolta machines but they are more then adequate for business color applications. -
Same here. Mechanically they are some of the best machines I've ever worked on. Just choose your software & utilities carefully.
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I agree with 10871087, I used to work on them and I found them to be very good. I now work on Konica Minolta and I have found their color machines to be better. Depends though on what you want, business or production color.The family that prays together, stays together!
