Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
This is the catalog pic. With cargo it's 38 lbs.
It's great for building your shoulders.
Originally I had intended it to hold the laptop also, but it's just too heavy with the additional 8 lbs.
I must say that it's indestructible. Hinges, sides, and latches original and intact. Chemical resistant. After 8 years I've only had to replace the handle.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
I just bought a back pack myself. I bought it at Lowe's. To get pic, you can do a search for "AWP Polyester Zippered Closed Tool Bag". Lowe's carries 2 types, 1 more for tools and the second for laptop and other compartments. If there is a Lowe's next to you, you can look and see if it meets your needs.
The 1 for tools, I do not think had a laptop compartment but had the loops for tools and cost like $50.
The 2nd one is $15 and had 2 minor compartments on the sides, could fit 8oz bottle or multimeter. Small front compartment which I can hold 3 8 oz bottles. The middle compartment for pens, bus. cards or hold small jigs. The main compartment is divided in half. 1 for laptop and the other for whatever. In the main compartment, I have my netbook, but could hold laptop. The other part of the main compartment, I put in a electrician pouch for my tools. I keep limited tools. allen wrenches, several phillips and flatheads, needle nose, side dikes, ring nose plyers and maybe a few extras. Do not have the tools like Blackcat
I have only had it for 3 days, but so far, meets my needs.
Just 1? I have 2 Craftsman 12 inch totes that go on the average call. One has my metrovac blower and attachments large flashlight and some extra towels. The other has basic tools, DeWalt screwdriver and cleaning stuff all the way down to Armor All I wipe on the machines. Them I have a small military tote with lots of pockets with the precision tools. It has small pliers and micro screwdriver sets. Then there is the shredder bag. Has extra gears for security level shredders, GIANT Craftsman pliers and screwdrivers and 2 gear pulling sets. It comes in at around 60 to 65 pounds. This does not account for the tools in my pocket, or the Zombie Apocalypse tool case I am putting together from military tactical gear I get at the local flea markets. [pictures at a later date]
Can't take a laptop on most of my calls so I compensated by getting a Samsung Note 2, and it is really badass. Best phone ever.

I have the veto pro xlt pack like in the video and it is great. Laptop and all accessories on one side and tools, rags, other supplies on the other. That being said I weighed it the other day and it tipped the scales at 46 pounds. It is practically indestructible but very heavy when loaded with all my crap. I have a folding hand truck I use if I am going more than a little ways to the machine. I could lighten it up I suppose but then that defeats the purpose of having one bag for everything.
