eAutomate / Remote Tech

I had a very interesting presentation of eAutomate and Remote Tech software this afternoon. Being one that is not easily impressed, I must say, I like what I saw thus far.
I am hoping to get some feedback from The Collective about this software. This would be a complete conversion from our current system, OMD.
Once you stop laughing, yes we still use OMD. I have to drag these folks into the 21st century and wanted to see what others liked or disliked about it.

We switched to e-Auto in 2008 from Trackit. It's a pretty good, stable system. They make their money on the annual maintenance. Remote tech can get pretty pricey per user IMO. Their support has been good if we encounter issues.
