When you say "we won't be using it that much". What is the total estimated monthly volume for the machine?

you can make any non wireless copier wireless if it has a wired network port by using a wireless adapter from say netgear or linksys. You don't have to pay big bucks for an OEM wireless kit...........

If it's less than 1,000 copies a month, i would recommend the following:

          Canon C3330I
Canon C5255 (although might be a bit overkill for 1,00 pages a month)

You can buy a wireless connectivity kit for any machine and turn it wireless. I have set about a dozen of these up. They're inexpensive. Buying a copier with wireless already built in, is going to raise the price Significantly.
This route will save you ALOT of money. The c5255 will need an additional fax kit installed; whereas the c3330i comes with fax built in. For your low volume the c3330i will serve the purpose you need, bundled with the added Wireless Adapter.

In you case i would not make financial sense to buy a new machine see if there is a company that would be willing to rent out a second hand machine on a cost per copy basis.
