GBC Ultima 65 Laminator not getting hot enough

This is the older version of this model.
Goes to ready and you can laminate, but the heating up button is still blinking and the laminated sheet wont seal good.

Maybe one of the infrared heaters aren't working. Check the connection on the ends. They can corrode and lose connection.
Parts are super expensive and hard to come by for these. Probably best to replace it.
The new Ultima 65's are miles better than the white ones.

Toshiba offers AquaAce paper, a polyethylene coated paper that can pass through a photocopier that you can directly print on. A laminated paper that does not need to be laminated. There are other vendors out there that offer a similar product although the paper may not be as thick nor be coated on both sides.
