Hi Guys I have customer using a canon scanner, when she scans through the feeder it comes up with a black line all the way across the bottom of page about a quarter inch thick, works fine on glass. I replaced feed rollers, checked sensors not much to this machine don't know what else to try has anybody seen this problem?
