    Sharp XE-A404

    I'm a copier tech, but am looking at this for a non-profit. The right side prints fine when you push in on the print head. It's blank otherwise. I can't see anything wrong or out of place. Can anyone give me a place to start on this ?

      This model using thermal paper, make sure the paper locate/insert right direction

          Thanks lky, I ended up cleaning the rubber rollers & that took care of it.
