I have a customer using Carbonite for backup. The problem is with scan to folder. Rebooting the pc seems to be the only way to get it to work. Once its rebooted in the morning, it will work for the rest of the day. Carbonite kicks in after hours.
Can anyone confirm that they have had this issue also, Carbonite and Ricoh have no info about this.
