    Lanier MP C3002

    I have a Lanier that is no longer able to scan to gmail, I've seen posts for the other manufacturers concerning a TSL change implemented by Google but haven't seen any remedies for the Ricoh machines. Anybody have any input or solutions I'm overlooking?

    Try changing port number from 465, SSL port, to 587, TLS port.

      Tried the different port numbers when I first started testing for the customer. I'll have to start studying up on the differences in TSL to see if it's an easy fix.

          Everything is current and all was working as a test bed before Google updated their TSL. I'm beginning to think I will need to issue a device certificate before google will let the copier connect.

            Updated firmware again and all is working as it should be, the account is a ways away so rather than picking and choosing I updated all the firmware so I'm not sure which one actually fixed it. Thanks for the help guys.
