75% works 25% scan goes nowhere..... Anyone have any ideas? Some people on network have lost connection all together.thanks for any input

most common problems are network scanner tool not being started or blocked by firewall or anti-virus. also ip addresses could be changing and you could try switching to computer name insteadComment

Check cable:
i often find old cat5 lines, that are certified to 333 Ghz, that is not gigabit. Printing works fine, but scanning troubles the users.
Changing to Cat 5e or Cat 7 helps.

Often the new Iphone from Boss receives an internal used adress from WIFI.
He is sitting proud in his office and users are not able to print or scan.
Have the network admin to reserve ipspace for mobile devices
away from internal used ip adresses.
