Hello all!
I am in charge of a project for a big company with over 1000 Ricoh printers. They have several printers that after an hour or so, the Ricoh must be rebooted in order to access the Web Image Monitor. Their network team points the blame at Ricoh and Ricoh says it's their network. I am wondering if anyone has ever seen this and may know what is causing it.
When these machines need the reboot, their clients can still print, scan, fax, whatever... Everything works aside from the WIM. I don't think it is their network as I have found a location with two 4503's and one has this issue and the other does not. I am currently comparing settings between the two, but have found nothing that has made a difference.
I appreciate any and all help!
