Re: Equitrac
Nothing you can do from a copier perspective to get this to work.
Whoever set up and maintains the Equitrac solution needs to be involved.
I'm not sure, but the licensing may very well be different between the 2 makes of MFPs, and it's highly unlikely that the new license would be at no cost.“I think you should treat good friends like a fine wine. That’s why I keep mine locked up in the basement.” - Tim Hawkins -
Re: Equitrac

Re: Equitrac
While you can edit the Ricoh driver for pop-ups, the Equitrac pop-up is its own, unrelated beast.
The Equitrac pop-up is mostly used for client codes, matter codes, etc... The data that gets put into it ends up in the Equitrac reporting portion of the application.
While it could be that the now displaced Ricoh machines had their drivers edited, I have a hunch they did not, at least in this case.“I think you should treat good friends like a fine wine. That’s why I keep mine locked up in the basement.” - Tim HawkinsComment
