Print does not come out of canon or 3245

Hi

Whenever I give printout from my PC to canon ir3245 ,print commands shows into the machine but no printout comes out , but the status of the command shows ok.This means command had been prosessed.
I don't know why this is happening may be virus but I have an antivirus installed .

If the machine doesn't have the PCL/ PS print option installed, this will be the result.

Install the Canon UFR II drivers instead and see of those work.

Are you showing an error in the printer's history, or does the job say "OK"?

Job say ok ,if it was error then status have been NG in the log.

Did you check under 'See what's printing' if any print is stuck or not.
If so, then delete those prints. Restart the printer and they try it.
