I can upload a new address and show's on web interface
But not on machine panel????

check in address book and make sure is info in the key display if blank possible wont show up on copier.

You have set the "Add to freq" radio button in the address book entries? If not, the address's can only be seen from the lookup tabs.

Do you mean not in User Tools - System Settings - Administrator Tools - Address Book Management or do you mean in either the fax or scanning function?

In order to show in fax function, there must be an entry in the fax destination field. The same is true for entries for scan to folder and scan to email.

create a user from the op panel does and put in a fax number does it show up in fax mode.

OK, now can you tell us if that is in Address Book Management in user tools or is it in the fax function screen or the scan function screen.

Was valid email address entered in the correct place in the address book entry?

You have to be sure that "Key Display" is filled in.
