    CANON IRADVC5255/IRADVC5051 SUPPORTED SMB2 & Above

    Dear All,

"Please advice whether Canon IRADVC5255/IRADVC5051 machines are supporting SMB2 and above. And how we can enable it.

Because of some security reason we have disabled SMB1 in our domain. And now we are unable to scan and send the files to share drives.

Your urgent support is highly appreciated".

    Thanks & Regards,

This is a common issue with ALL manufacturers, SMB 2/3 is enabled via a SSW or FW update
