    Windows 10 SMB fixed?

    Had had problems scanning to Windows 10 OS and had been using filezilla server as a workaround , But on a resent scan call
    found smb scanning working. Had to turn off IPV6 in network card but in the past it did not fix.

    Did a Windows update repair smb scanning in Windows 10

      I've never had an issue with SMB on 10.

          Neither have I as long as the Domain/Workgroup name is correct and if it is part of a Domain the primary DNS is the domain DNS.

              The only weird issue I've had with Windows 10 is when a customer kept putting off their OS updates. Scanning would yield some generic 22xx error code. After rebooting the computer and allowing windows to update, it would then give me the true error code (which in this case they just typed in the wrong password).
