konicaminolta.com under support and drivers scroll down to downloads the typ c35 under drivers are windows 10. i know they are there because i have a c35 at home with w10

try a windows 7 driver

Never let Windows 10 automatically install a driver. From Devices and Printers click on Add a Printer. When the Add a Device windows opens, immediately click on The Printer I want isn't listed. When the Add a Printer windows opens select Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings. From that point on you control what is installed.
