Small Law firm needs printing/copying client accounting
Re: Small Law firm needs printing/copying client accounting
Papercut mfp is a good option, links with some legal software too legal track may also be a good fit. Most of the law firms I deal with see the value in these tools as it helps track costs to clients
Re: Small Law firm needs printing/copying client accounting
I agree most lawyers suck and think you charge too much....And they charge too little....
Think about what they get away with..They charge you for their time and then want to be "reimbursed" for copies, scans, phone calls, postage,LEXUS NEXUS,
ETC ETC....THINK about if you went to your mechanic and he charged you for the tools he uses, the manual he needs to but,his shop rent, the paper to print your bill, the toilet paper he wipes his arse with...
I have some great lawyers i know and a lot i decided to walk from..................
PLUS if you provide software and there is a security breach you might be served/sued by that "nice lawyer" you tried to help out......

recommendations please
I'd recommend drivve image. It can automate doc archival with Bates stamping . It works with most copiers.
Edit: nevermind, I read your question wrong.most mfps have built in Job accounting.
