$500.00 Admin fee to setup the account. $1,500 for the first 6000 credits. $1,300.00 for additional 6,000 blocks of credits.

Send from any web browser, Outlook, mobile device or embedded app in select copier brands.

            Very easy to install.

For customers who are very concerned about information security like healthcare, legal, copyright, intellectual property, HIPPA. SOX, etc.

Ransomware for criminal profit is rampant in the world right now. $2k is peanuts compared to mitigating one illegal intrusion onto your information systems.

If caught leaking Personal Health Information, a business is subject to $25,000 fine for first offence. $250,000.00 for second offence.

looking for a go between my email client and the internet or an addon...

closest that I have found is spam fighter... looks like a lot of work to filter stuff... training is taking a while... very manual...
              Download SPAMfighter - MajorGeeks

found a link to mailcleaner... looks like that will fit the bill but not sure yet...its a spam filter server that takes over the mx records... emails go to it... it filters and then it sends the emails allowed on their merry way
About - MailCleaner - Open source Anti spam & Antivirus gateway

has anyone tried setting up a spam filter server... thats what I am looking for either free or paid... in the cloud on on premises... hardware or software based.... stand alone software or plugin...

Windows 10 comes with full anti virus security software you don't need to waste your money on anything else.

Running two programs simultaneously will make your PC run slower.

Windows 10 does not provide any sort of full Audit trail that legally records who rec'd a document and when they downloaded it.

XM SendSecure is 100% Cloud based.

... all documents are scanned by XM SendSecure before they are transmitted to another party.

Compared to one successful ransomware hack ... cheap.

All software based in the cloud, no hardware.

Used by NATO, KPMG, Banque de France, US Law Courts, US Congress, Xerox and many others around the world.

Yeah, well, the guy he's talking to asked for something that would scan an email for a virus. I don't see anywhere that he asked for an audit trail.

Relax... it's good to hear all view points...

Sendsecure sounds like equitrac, papercut type stuff but with heavy emphasis on auditing and malware protection... ransomware protection, custody control and secure transmission etc...

Reminds me of the custom workflow stuff for copier machines...

                          Very nice...

Scanning email really should be a server-side task, not client level. The email should be scanned and vetted before it hits your inbox or leaves your SMTP server.

Even a decently configured Exchange, Zimbra, or even cloud service will offer this feature. Add-on features like this are at best a belt and suspenders protection method and at worst money thrown at a problem already fixed by another tool.
