      If we have to touch anything concerning service....it's a billable. I can't remember the last time an attorney, doctor, engineer, plumber, electrician or AC, did anything for free for us. There is a saying I once heard and it's true- "cheap work is not good and GOOD work is not cheap." If you are doing work for a company and they want it for free...run! Because come tax time, if they have hired a good tax person... it's called an expense and it's tax deductible along with that depreciating piece of technology... most of us call it a "copier."
