Problem printing from Yahoo and AOL

I've had three calls today from customers trying to print from AOL and Yahoo. When they click on the print icon within the message nothing happens. They can print if they click on the three dots or more but it prints the whole page and not only the message. Gmail and Rackspace are working fine and they've had to forward messages to Gmail to print. It's not particular to a certain browser, it does the same thing in Chrome and Edge...Anyone else had this?
    Thanks, Jim

      Workaround:
So I have had three clients today call in about this exact problem. There is a very simple solution, switch to basic mode.

Settings> More Settings> Switch to basic mail.

A pop-up should appear about why you are switching to Basic Mode. Please feel free to comment on the incompetence of the software engineers who do not know how to test a simple print function. ?

      Good luck!

I tried it with my Yahoo account. When I used Basic mail it got rid of the borders but the page was still shifted to the right on the paper. Interesting thing though, when I switched back to Yahoo's standard mail printing then came up properly.

          So it's printing normally now?

I haven't had anymore calls today, so maybe the issue is fixed now.

Yes, this issue has been reported by others as well, especially when using AOL and Yahoo Mail. The print functionality within the message is often buggy and can behave inconsistently across different platforms and browsers.
