you can try this option to configure SMB using using BOX

Configure scan to SMB using BOX https://youtu.be/QtiK_T3k-iM?si=I1WYOyEh-lswc89F

In MAC click on Go>Connect to server

Enter the IP address of the printer under Server Address
If prompt for user name and password
    Username: guest
    Password: blank

With networking in a MAC environment, I'm a total noob, so please be patient with me 😁.

Question: If the file sharing has been set up properly on the MAC and my Windows computer is in their network, can I then test it with my Windows computer with the following path:

\\MAC\SMB (where MAC is the computer name and SMB the shared file) ?

To let users connect to your Mac from a Windows computer, turn on file sharing and enable SMB sharing.

            Yes, that's clear in between.
But....., how can I check with my Windows computer if the MAC has its file sharing and SMB turned on, if it doesn't work?
With Windows computers, I can test the file sharing by doing
            \\Hans\SMB
(where Hans is the computer name and SMB the shared file)
I presume that it's the same with MAC, but like to be sure.

You should be able to use "Map network drive" or Network discovery.

                Hi,
I don't have the option highlighted in the client's c224e.
Do you know how to solve it?
                Thanks
