    SMTP2GO Verified Senders list

I am being asked by SMTP2GO to verrify each of the very many SMTP clients that I have configured my copier installs with for scan to email.

Has anyone else had this request madeof them and how did you resolve it?

    Thanks,

It has to do with their history of being used by junk mailers.
SMTP2GO provides the CNAME Return path, DKIM, and Tracking domain records to add security to your email marketing. You can configure these records in the Verified Senders tab and add them to your domain's DNS setup for verification. You don't need to add an SPF record for domain authentication.
Alternatively you can add an SPF record for domain authentication if your customer has a large number of employees all of whom use an email address that is part of their corporate domain. https://support.smtp2go.com/hc/en-gb...-Sender-Emails

It's been around for a while, as Gmail, yahoo etc are starting block senders that don't have these basic security features. if you have access to the customers domain it is not hard. however, we normally don't use the customers domain as it can be considered a security risk by allowing external/internal sending from customers domain as a good IT provider will block this. We have couple of domains we use that are just connected to SMTP2Go, eg frommyprinter.com.au this works for us and our customers.

I find that creating Verified Domains in SMTP2GO a difficult task. The alternative offered, Single Sender, the same From Address for all clients, does not work for many clients.

I just got a break from SMTP2GO, perhaps due to my nagging.

They are extending their deadline until July 11th when all non verified email addresses will stop flowing.

It's just a matter of updating the DNS records, isn't it?

... what copier tech is going to that? Is that even a copier tech's job? Seems to me that is the job of the email provider.

I recommend those who like SMTP2GO, like myself, rapidly find a new smtp provider. I have two weeks to convert 122 acounts.

You don't have to convert anything !
Just update the DNS record, you have to details on your screenshot ...

It's not the copier tech job but I prefer to spend 10 minutes to read the manual (and it's really easy) instead of converting 122 MFP.
Who create the SMTP2GO account and manage the domain (on Wixpress it seems) ?
