    Kyocera setup tool

Has anyone experience with the Kyocera setup tool. In particular is there any to do conversions from network and system files exported through KFS and Converted and imported to a different model number

From what I recall the only thing that really works is converting the address book. If at all possible I would use NetViewer to try to transfer everything from one machine to another.

KM NetViewer is a good shout, just be aware of this thread if wanting to use it on some of the new MZ range: https://www.copytechnet.com/forum/te...py#post1620657

Yes we mostly use netviewer, however it would be nice to be able to import the converted Data (network and System) Via KFS to a machine that is in the process of replacing one in the field saving an intiial trip or going through the netviewer tranfer proceedure during the istallation. It seems like Kyocera has a few of these software solutions that don't quite go all the way. You would think that if netviewer can data transfer between different models that the setup tool can be designed to do the same

KFS can do most of it IIRC..

NetViewer(ing) it is hardly time consuming, just get the engineer to turn up shortly before the actual delivery as we do..

It is time consuming if you have to travel 200km

So, do you just use a 'man and van' to do the delivery, with no presence from your company?
