Are you trying to diagnose a: Daker DK Plus convertible UPS with battery - Single phase VFI - 5000 VA - 5000 W

uninterruptable power supply? Just out of curiosity, is it connected to a MFP? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Most of us here at Copytechnet fix copiers not Uninterruptable Power Supplies, but who knows? Maybe someone can help.

I have yet to see a UPS that has any repairable internal components other than the battery. The display might have to do with the line voltage. Have you tried reading the owners manual?

Do they have monitoring software that you can load on your laptop and connect to the USB or serial port and get more specific information on the operation?
