What's the problem bsm2, are you finding out that most quality copier and other office equipment techs know a hell of a lot more about Information Technologies than you do. Tell me, what was your college/university major and minor? On that that is right, all you have is a CompTIA online certificate. No college courses, on military Unit Information training and certification, probably no training by any computer manufacturer/relabel seller train on any of their models. How about dedicated word processors such as Vydec or Lanier, desktop dictation system, centralized endless loop dictation systems, digital dictation systems, electronic typewriters, word processing typewriters like QYX? What about factory trained to do board level repairs on any of those. What about analog copiers and Facsimile? Do you even know what a spark jet printer?

bsm2 doesn't shake my confidence in learning anything new when he tries to talk down to me about my technical knowledge. I'm very open about my lack of knowledge in many areas. That includes both copiers and IT. There are many members on here that are far superior to me when it comes to both.

However, other newer members are reading these threads and I'm sure they don't want to be talked down to and are afraid to ask questions because of bsm2.

It's also clear that he's not a top tech in IT or MFP's. He's just not.

When you get an interview and hired with the two biggest copier companies let me know.

Until then get the training your customers deserve and pay for.

ITU offers lifetime training for under 300.00

MS connector and KCPS now. Knowing about them is one thing, getting them to connect is another and it changes everytime MS 'improves' their security.

No BAD time to pick-it up because I guarantee there is something new and what you knew even 5 years ago is no longer relevant.
