    scan to document server copier series

    Recently i tested scan to document server using our ricoh mpc4503 and mp5000. surprisingly i am able to download those document from the webimage. because some older model like the mp3351, i tested it before when i scan to document server and access the document through the webimage, i am not able to retrieve the file or download it

      You need the file format converter option in order to download the files from the document server.

      This is not an SD card, software, or firmware. It is a physical PCB that installs in the MFP.

          What are you logging into WIM as. I know on older models you had to log in as a user, not an administrator. Administrator(s) could only see thumbnails.

                  ok, i didnt login i just go into wim and straight to document server.

                  Do you mean i can login as using the username and password that i created from the address book?

                      The man thing is that an admin cannot download from the Document Server. Just as an admin cannot use any of the Functions.

                      I had a customer with a C2550 that used it all the time.
