RICOH MP C5504 Issues When Connected through Wi-Fi Connection in Interface Settings.

I have RICOH MP C5504 connected through Ethernet Cable. I have installed printer and Scan-To-Folder without any issue.

    My Issue:

When MFP is connected via Machine Network in Interface settings, Everything works fine.

But when MFP is connected via Wi-fi Connection in Interface Settings, it only prints (MFP not accessible via Web Interface, Scan-To-Folder doesn't work).

    Any Help will be appreciated.

Wifi Network is probably port restricted / port locked so that doesnt work. Try to contact the Customers Network Administrator for help. Web interface on some machines from other manufacturers sometimes do only work with ethernet connection

This machine does not have built in wifi
you would need to fit the optional wifi kit
What type of wifi device have you connected to the copier ?

The SOP does have limited WiFi that does allow printing ONLY.

MFP has built-in Wi-Fi and it connects seamlessly with our Wi-Fi Router.

you can use a wifi extender then ethernet cable from it to copier.
