    Windows 7 printing to Canon

I'm having a problem printing from Windows 7 64 bit OS. to a Canon IR3570. After I load the print driver I can print fine for a while, but by the next day the customer is calling to say it's still a problem. They are getting a message, the driver is not compatible with Microsoft, and then the print queue shows the copier offline. All of the Windows XP boxes can still print fine. I've tried pcl5e and pcl6. Tried using port 9100, lpr and SMB.I've updated the copier to the newest system software.

Does anyone have any ideas? anyone seen anything like this?

Is this the driver that you are using? If not then try this and see if it helps. It claims to be microsoft certified.

Yes, that is one of the drivers I've tried.
I can't get an answer from Canon about weather they are having a problem with their drivers or if this is an isolated incident.
