    Drivers for a verbatim ss600 scanner

    Looking for drivers this scanner. IT is also a mitcubishi chemical ss600. Hope some one has a link for the driver. Thanks howard

          will that is NOT the driver for this scanner. it is a pay site for total scan on your system. i have checked out just about every thing on the net for the drive. about 1 hour. thanks for the 30 looking up. howard

              OK, OK...... just trying to help out chief.....

              I took another look around. It appears that a program called VueScan Pro (which is FREELY available to download) is a fully functioning operting driver/program for your scanner. It actually shows several hundred scanners it is compatible with as well. It doesnt mention anything about needing a special SCSI driver, so maybe look into it.

              Otherwise, have you though about just using a basic HP SCSI driver like the good old ScanJet 5P? Or a simple TWAIN driver?
