scanning to SmarterMail

I have to go setup scan to email on a new Ricoh MFP in a few days, the customer is using SmarterMail for email. Has anyone done anything with SmarterMail? I've never heard of it.

I haven't done anything with SmarterMail, but I had a quick look at it just then and it looks as you should just treat it as another mail server.

If the customer has an IT person, then I would suggest that just get in contact with them and ask them to create an email address for the copier prior to you arriving on site.

They have to hire out for their IT, so I'm going to try to set it up myself to save them a little cash.
