Ensure your firmware is up to date, R6 is the latest.

If there are no power conditioners on the machines, this can sometimes be a contributor, along with sharing power on the same circuit with other devices. The machines are power hogs and should not be sharing the same power circuit, it should be separate.

Yep R6 firmware. I am suspect about the power supply in the stores. The stores which has the issues most often do have more machine in them. like Pro C900s Ricohs with full spec finishers and large format finishing machines, guillotine etc. I will see if I can get the power checked out. fingers crossed.
