SMTP for scan to email

I want to use a single smtp accout to set up several different machines and locations, Toshiba and Samsung for scan to email. Any suggestions for SMTP server and dns.

Check with your ISP. Some will give you several email accounts with your service. I know Cox and Windstream do this. We use the customers smtp server or those provided by the customers ISP.

Best if you use the ISP's info. If all these locations use the SAME ISP and are the SAME BUSINESS. One account and info can suffice for all. Otherwise you would have ISP blocking unauthorized SMTP attempts from competitors and such.
