IC 303 stuck job

    IC 303 stuck job

    I have an IC303 attached to a KM6500 which has been moved from a different location. The problem that I have is that from boot up it has a job stuck in the active jobs queue, It is marked held but is coloured processed/held and cannot be cleared no matter what.
    Anyone else come across this ??

      Did you do a clear server?
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          Disconnect it from the network and reboot. See if the job is still there or not. If it is gone, the problem is a bad job in the print queue of one of the computers on the network.

          If not, you can remote desktop into the controller as well. Command workstation from there should help resolve, as Mr Spock recommends, clear server.
