    KM-C3232 print from Mac Snowleopard

customer has changed over to Snowleopard and now doesnt have the functionality that they had on previous versions.

i have sent them the latest manual and driver that Kyocera just put out and they cant make it work. i have no clue to macs and cant help.

any ideas on what is happening?

one of the issues is that if they send a print job of 100, it tries to validate each print via accounting code. the first will go thru, the others fail due to invalid accounting code. we think its because it is spooling each job instead of just sending direct.

I haven't done that many Macs either, but the latest driver prompts you through most of the installation. The only thing you have to do is assign the IP address and configure the accessories.

Typically Mac drivers do not offer a lot of the more advanced features. It's a stripped down version of the driver. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
