Fix that worked for me. Copied from some site on the net....
Windows error when installing driver. "Unable to install printer. The print processor does not exist"
I copy the print processor files from another working machine with the same architecture as the one with the problem (x86 or x64).
Step 1: Stop the Print Spooler service.
Step 2: Copy all files and folder on working system under C:\Windows\System32\spool\prtprocs\x64.
Step 3: Make a backup on the problem system of the files listed under the C:\Windows\System32\spool\prtprocs\x64.
Step 4: Paste the files that you copy from the working system into the folder un the problem system.
Step 5: Start the Print Spooler service.
Try connecting or installing your net printer and it should work now.
