    Konica Minolta C450 Scanning Setup

    Hello Fellows,
First of all please accept my best wishes for the New Year and I wish we all stay Healthy & Wealthy in the coming year.
I replaced NVRam in a KonicaMinolta C450 after Power failure. Now I am trying to setup Scanning. In Scan I created 4 SMB accounts and 1 email account.

    (Name) -- FAXINBOX
    (Index) -- ABC
    (Checked) Main
    192.168.0.150 (Ip address of Server)
    hp_Server\Z:\Scanner\faxinbox (File Path)
    roop (User ID)

The problem is I dont see any of them on Copier Screen (When Press Scan) whereas when I logon through computer as (Public or Administration 12345678) I see them.
Help will be very much appreciated.
    Tnx

Happy New Year to you too!
Set that info up from the control panel of the copier and see what happens.
I always try to browse from the copier side and use a laptop/computer only if i have to.

    Cheers,

Are you pressing that button on the scan screen that says "Addressbook"? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

In the web browser tick the the box (main I think) after the name, where you set the scan details. It should then appear on the main scan screen in the copier.

"hp_Server\Z:\Scanner\faxinbox (File Path)" is an invalid file path. you need to find out what hp_server\z: represents.

hp_server should be the same as ip address
since z: is a mapped drive then you need to see what it is.
z: is probably something like "data\users\" or "company\data\users"
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

Dear Fellows, Many Many Tnx for the replies,
(blackcat4866) I have pressed Address Book as well but did not see those Tabs.
            (JSC) Main was checked.
Mr. Spock) hp_server is the name of the Main PC serves as Server, Then Z is the drive, Shared folder is Scanner and the another shared folder inside the scanner folder is faxinnbox.
If possible please advise of the right path with these details.
In the meantime I try to Uninstall and Reinstall the HDD and try to reformatt but got error. Going to replace the HDD and then will try again.

If the drive Z: is mapped, you need to know the path which it points to. Forget about the Z: drive. On another computer on the network, or the server itself, check My Network Places/Network, navigate to the server and double click to view the folder structure. If you folder is visible then you can use \\hp_server\address\to\folder\faxinbox.

I will say again: Forget about the mapped drive.

After you replaced the NVRAM, did you do a logical format to the HDD?
I had one where I could not change or edit the addresses after a firmware update, even logged in as admin at the copier or from pagescope. I had to turn off the accout track, format, then I could add and edit addresses. GL
