Model of the MFP(s)? AD type (2003, 2008, 2012)? More information needed.

At least with the KM products (and I don't include any 3rd party software) the MFP doesn't "sync" on a time basis. If you have the correct info entered AD type, address and search base, then the MFP just looks at your credentials when you log in. If you are an active member of the domain with proper credentials, you are logged on. As far as printing, nothing entered into the MFP will affect if you can print, that is done on the AD side, meaning who has right to that printer. So if something is being deleted or missing I would not look into AD for the fix. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

We need more information on your issue.

Emujo is smack on the money in regards to the "sync". No machine caches a copy of AD as AD will not let up this information unless your copier somehow becomes an authorised Domain Controller.

When talking to AD or LDAP (Active Directory is actually both), the machine simpy makes a query to the directory and a response is only giving if the devices correctly authenticates. Instead of syncing information, the machines are requesting for the information each time as an update in AD could happen 30 times a day, if not more in a large network.

Tell us exactly what you are trying to achieve and what you have tried so far and we may be able to help. Don't forget to include what sort of machine you are working on.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
