I've delivered the first C3350 we've selled to a customer today.
I was there with the IT admin of the customer to install the C3350
within the customers LAN. All has worked fine, printing, Scan to SMB but
not Scan to Email (Mail Server is a MS Exchange Srv-
same server as is used for smb scanning). I've configured the SMTP settings
the same way i've been used to for years now. The IT admin compared the
Scan to Email settings with a bizhub C220 from another customer. (They seemingly
install the same network structure at other customers). We could not recognize any-
thing different.
Does anyone have expierences with that? Is there a problem with the new C3350
with Scan to Email?
