I'm not very familiar with Paperport. My customer scans docs to their individual folders on their server. They use Paperport to access them from the mapped drive & move them to other folders. We put new MFP's (Kyocera) replacing the old Kyocera's. They say the documents used to automatically pop up in their folders. They don't now unless you browse to another folder or refresh the desktop. I called the Nuance tech support but didn't get anywhere. Any ideas ?
